next phase of job inquiries commences

i finally finished putting together some compressed versions of my portfolio… basically about six PDFs containing some of the better images of my better projects since not all firms are asking for an entire portfolio (or my sixty page, 40mb portfolio at that!). this push was to send my work to REX, the architecture firm that was once OMA NY. the head partner at REX is Joshua Prince-Remas, who was in charge of most of OMA’s projects here in the States like the Seattle Public Library. I just sent my work samples, resume and their application document to the firm, so hopefully i will get an interview with them (though an interview a positive thing necessarily as i have found out twice lol). now that i have compressed work samples i can quickly send out, i will be looking at more firms this week and hopefully will have three or four more on my list by the end of the week.
