back onto familiar ground

we are nearing the end of my first week back to classes and i can say, although i was dreading it before leaving new york, it does feel good to be back in a few ways. seeing friends again is always good, especially after being in new york and hanging out with those who were strangers upon my arrival. i am pretty content with my schedule this semester as it’s pretty easy (or should be) with much free time to continue my freelance work, figure out what to do after graduation, wrap up outstanding school work in preparation for graduation, get some intenese mtn biking/rock climbing in, and hang out with friends. i have also been doing some thinking the last few days since i got back to austin and have decided that i will not be leaving as soon after graduation as i initialy thought. for one, i really do not want to move across country again so soon (less than 6 months) as this last move was fairly exhaustive. so right now i am planning on staying in austin at least through the summer but perhaps longer depending on how things work out with my freelance work/company, where i decide to move (new york most likely, but seattle is still an option), and whatever else. i also figured this will give me a chance to do some much needed thinking about my next step while on my backpacking trip across europe after graduation.

so austin… looks like i’ll be sticking around for a little longer than expected!

Obviously they should have known better than to let you anywhere near a Hemi! :D Although, it is a Dodge… I’m surprised the truck didn’t break down! lol!
Sounds like you had fun. So when’s the project on this library due? What’s all involved? I’m sure AZ is hotter than TX… :)
